Membership

YEP is the best investment you can make!

YEP facilitates connections between highly motivated, energetic and environmentally conscious professionals and allows them to share ideas, expand their network of contacts, find jobs, and access or provide mentorship opportunities.

Membership is a one-time fee of $30 and is transferable to any chapter in Canada. YEP’s four chapters - Ottawa-Gatineau, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver - will get you involved! New YEP chapters are starting in communities across Canada.

Speaker events

Our events feature senior professionals who share their experiences and knowledge in their respective sustainability and environmental fields. Members receive exclusive access or discounted rates for all speaker events.

Networking opportunities

YEP events provide informal networking and educational opportunities with emerging and senior environmental and sustainability professionals. See the events sections of our individual chapters for the next YEP event closest to you.

Conferences and workshops

YEP members receive exclusive access to workshops and conferences as well as discounted rates.

Notice of job opportunities and community events

YEP chapters distribute job postings to help members find employment in the environmental and sustainability fields.

A lifetime membership can be obtained by making a $30 contribution and submitting payment with your membership application. Application forms can be downloaded below or filled out in person at your chapter's next event.

Your investment in YEP will be put towards our website, the organization of events and other administrative costs. Membership is transferable among all chapters.
